Afraid of being judged? 4 ways to overcome the fear

The fear of what people might say is real, so real.

I hear you.

What might they say if I go for it?

Will they laugh at me?

Will they pass bad comments?

Will they notice my flies are undone or i have put on a few pounds.

Judgement or fear of, is literally the biggest guarantee to kill your success. So many people do not do what they love to do, because they are so caught up in thinking about what other people ‘may’ say.

Afraid to be the girl that goes for it. What if people might laugh? What if people will notice my zip is undone

If you truly want to reach your full potential and access the places you dream of, whether it be a new job, launching a side hustle or simply just posting a photo that you like- you just have to stop worrying about what others think of you, it has to become so irrelevant to your daily life and what you do. It just has too.

If some of the greatest thinkers in the world, worried about what others said, we wouldn’t have books, we wouldn’t have thought leaders, we wouldn’t have so  many of the things we rely on daily to get through life.

Imagine if Mother Teresa, Martin Luther King all though - nah what if people laugh

Imagine if Richard Branson worried about people thinking he may be self indulgent if he went for it.

Truth is, it isn’t always about you.

Honestly, it isn’t and I mean that in the nicest way. I get it though it’s hard. It is ingrained in us to care what people think, society points in every way to make it harder for us to care less what people think.

So I put together a little video for you on my 3 key steps to overcome fear of judgement
